ST demonstrate the Nova A9500

ST-Ericsson have used the CTIA trade show to demonstrate their new Nova A9500 application processor. This processor was announce in early February, and is available for sampling now.

The Nova range include the following CPUs:

  • A9600, a Cortex-A15 based processor running at up to 2.5 GHz
  • A9540, a dual-core Cortex-A9 running at up to 1.8 GHz
  • A9500, a dual-core Cortex-A9 running at up to 1.2 GHz
